    Aisel OS

The course of care in a connected system.

Aisel prepares the visit, captures the session, follows the weeks between, makes the documents safe to sign and keeps in touch after discharge. Built for psychiatry, not adapted to it.

    The problem, in numbers

Clinician time goes to gathering information instead of evaluating it.

    ~80 min

of staff time per initial consultation, with two clinicians present throughout

CIMT baseline evaluation, Psychiatric Centre Sct. Hans, n=29, 2026

    27.7 min

of documentation per initial consultation, measured without AI

CIMT baseline evaluation, Psychiatric Centre Sct. Hans, n=26, 2026

    2 hours

of desk and EHR work for every 1 hour of direct patient time in ambulatory care

Sinsky et al., Annals of Internal Medicine, 2016

The CIMT figures describe initial consultations today, without Aisel. No time saving is claimed from that study.

    Where point tools break

    Information is scattered between systems

Most clinics have information across handwritten notes, emails, EHR system, scribes and more. The clinician is connection - copying and grasping information between them all.

In Aisel, each step feeds the next. The intake brief opens the session. Scores land in the note. The note and the scores are already there when the report is due.

    Division of labour

Aisel collects information.  The clinician evaluate and decide.

Aisel collects, transcribes, scores, cites and keeps in touch. It does not diagnose, interpret, recommend treatment or decide who is seen. Anything it flags is a prompt for clinical review, never a decision. The clinician is always the author of record.
